How do you get clothes on mannequins?
I've never been able to figure out how to put clothes on the mannequins in retail.
Can someone help me figure this out?

You play as the shop owner and plan an outfit by clicking the mannequin (it takes you to CAS).
You just have to own the mannequin to be able to dress it up. Even on residential lots you can do it.
