How do you get these sim toys?

The dragon is a fully functional toy that for some reason isn't buyable, however you can still find it wherever you find toys, frog logs, trash cans, my sim found one on Sulani I don't know how, probably beach combing for trash.

It's also in buydebug.

One other way of gotten the Victorian lady one this was a klepto Sim who swiped one from somebody apparently

I use the show objects cheat. The dragon is in the kids toys and the Victorian lady is I believe is under the mantle piece objects (living room items)

Thank you all, I guess I will have to have my sim kids look harder for that dragon. And, I read that the Victorian lady is from one of the doll houses. How interesting that it can be stolen.... lol.

I swear I thought you could buy the dragon toy just like any other toy. I'll have to check tonight to see if I'm imagining it.

So I recently discovered the lady knight doll and I thought it was so cool, but you can't put it on a shelf or interact with it at all, so I enlarged it to make it into a large display for my sim's kid's room!
