How do you get two sims into a wholesome relationship?
I'm confused about how to do this. They can be in a romantic relationship but still not wholesome. Is there a romantic interaction that can make it happen?

You can set the type of relationship in CAS as well. It's in the drop down menu where you set other types of relationships like family dynamics.
