How do you get your family to join you in running a vet clinic?

I want to own a family run vet clinic. But when I buy a clinic, only the head of the family goes to the clinic and I don't see any the rest of my family there. Would that change if my family formed a ...

Ahh gotcha. Okay. Yeah I agree with @Felicity . Current family members(in the household) are just able to work at the vet, so no need to 'hire' them. Thinking about it, it actually comes in handy since we can only hire up to 3 people outside of the household.
