For the first 4 years of Sims 4, I had a very clearly spoken love/hate relationship (more hate than love). Toddlers helped, pets, helped, seasons helped. Each one individually probably wouldn't have been enough, but all three together make this game easily competing as a plum good game.
I no longer have a love/hate relationship with it. I just love it.
I love building (even though I'm not very good at it), I love decorating (again, not that good at it), and I love playing. I play challenges. But I've recently gotten into Rotational, and I'll easily say it's my favorite way to play. When you have 8 families, that all know and hang out with one another and come over for holidays and birthday's and party's. It's just amazing. If you've never played rotational, create about 3 families, move them in the same neighborhood, and play each family only one week each rotation. Have them all meet.
I'm currently on House 008 of the drifter challenge with a fellow friend and simmer, but when me and her are not playing, I'm playing a breed out the ugly that will be a rotation (I'll follow all the kids and grandkids and so on).
