How do you organize jewelry crafting/orders?
A few of my sims do craft some of their own jewelry, but I don't want all of them to be into gemology. Most will need help from others to craft their desired crystal creations. But I'm not quite sure ...

Have you tried chain gifting? If the palace employee is in the same "household" as the royal family, then they can swap them fairly easily (I had my test family do this regularly. Heck she created the ring he proposed with, and all I did was move it from the crafting table to his inventory)
Otherwise, chain gifting, if that's an option, might work. Gift it to the employee who then gifts it to the royal family.
I also thought you could use the regular gifting option to gift the jewelry, but I may be misremembering.
