How do you organize your screenshots?

I just love taking variety of pictures, some to capture more casual and fun moments, others are more storydriven as I post them on my simblr and share them with my friends over instagram stories. I take pictures with reshade, so they are not stored in screenshots, but rather in my TS4 folder I made on my desktop for easy access, where I store everything from screens to mods list, sims spreadsheets, currently unused cc, additional sim programs, etc.
