I organize by household. Then within that folder I organize by each sim in the family pending on who's storyline the pic goes with. If it's a group or family pic then it stays in the household main folder and I just name the pic accordingly.
For my decades challenge I have My Decades Challenge folder. Then in that each decade has it's own folder and the pictures are named by the year of which it was taken so that everything appears in periodical order.
