I used to start a new folder whenever I got a new pack, but now I organize them roughly by the household and also have subfolders by real life year. It definitely took some time to go over them when I switched to this system :D I felt it was worth it though because sometimes I post stories where I use old screenshots and those are now easier for me to find.
