How do you record and share YOUR Sims?

I have a website, but to keep track of things, I take a lot of screenshots and occasionally jot something down in a program somewhere. Sometimes, I use OneNote. Other times, I use Word, Goodnotes, Scrivener, Sticky Notes, Notepad, or Excel. I'm inconsistent because my notes aren't detailed and I use whatever program feels easiest at that moment. I find that I don't like using pen/paper for this anymore because it's messy for me and hard to keep up with.
