It's way too complicated. I also wish that when you asked a Sim to move in to your home from a previous home they could bring a portion/percentage of their household funds with them. They always move in with $0 unless they are the only one in their previous household. If two people split from a roomie family of four, the ones that remain in the main house get most of the $ and the couple that left only start out with their basic funds of like $20K even though they worked to contribute to the main household funds. It's annoying.
