How do you think it will be before the gallery works again?

In game I can access the creators I am following and I also have no problem accessing the Gallery on the website. You may want to post for help on AHQ.

I can get into the gallery, but if I want to download a house or sim the buttons are grayed out. Am I doing something wrong?

They made it this way intentionally so you stay connected only when you actually need to use it when they made basegame free because they expected a lot more players and didn't want to overload the servers.
