How do you write the songs that make the whole world sing?

Actually, you only need level 8 in Singing skill to be able to write lyrics as long as you have the microphone that is used to tell jokes in the base game. By that way, my sim have written two lyrics.

I meant to write that you need to have level 3 in a musical skill ( guitar or piano ) to be able to write lyrics on the guitar or piano, as well as level 8 in the singing sklll.
