How do your sims give birth?

whichever I feel like at the moment.

I take them to the hospital so each kid can have a birth certificate. :)

I like for them to have birth certificates. I don't think they get them with home births

Unless I really want a birth certificate for the child, it always at home births for my sims.

Mostly home births, though some families it's hospital only, like my aliens for the alien birth certificate. Do vampires have a special one?

I mostly do hospital births, just because it adds to the game. And I like watching the animation when the female is in that machine and sometimes it whips her heart out by mistake :D

Occasionally I can't be bothered so they have the baby at home, but this is quite rare.

I do love that females can carry on doing stuff when they are in labour, unlike previous games. I recently did have a home birth, at night, and after my sim went into labour she slept for some hours before waking up to give birth. Lol. Wish I could have done that irl.

In my 2nd save my Sims (mostly Vampires in 19 century :D ) give birth at home
