@06Bon06 - I am totally agree & miss the old days with the slap back from Sims 1-3. In TS2, the jealousy system was so cool; I can remember taking my Sim on a lot, unaware that his lover was even at the lot at that time and if he flirted with someone else, out of nowhere, he got the double smack down. Great memories.
In my game, I've noticed that if my Sim has the 'Player' trait from the Serial Romantic aspiration, then absolutely nothing happens. However, as long as they don't have that trait they get jealous. They stomp, and you can clearly see anger on their face. Maybe they get hit with a moodlet if they're married. But as most have mentioned, it's a brief moment of anger and then they go back to what they were doing. I would love to see the developers increase the reaction to jealousy. This is a game based on emotions, right. Jealous Sims emotions should just be at max...either anger or sadness...& the relationship meter should tank. I would love to see this in game.
