I've had a sim walk in on their partner woohooing with another sim, and nothing. That sim was about as dead inside as I am. The next day, they caught their partner flirting with the same sim and got all huffy about it, so I guess woohooing is fine, but god forbid their partner blow a kiss to another sim. Smh.
