I usually see a lot of slapping and the one who is being cheated on is the one doing it while red as a cherry. I did have one strange one happen a couple of weeks ago where one of my sims daughters, who is an young adult now, hugged her father and for some reason the mother got this mean look on her face and clearly didn't want them hugging. Not sure what that was about.
