@Umbreon12 Maybe I'll stagger my sims' pregnancies so I can be there for each one. Aging is definitely off!
@RoseQuartz Those are a lot of great tips! I was already starting to feel like I was missing out on the kids in the main family I had just left, but if I have others the same age, they could grow up together and I'd still see everyone.
I'm getting a lot of great ideas, and so excited to see so many different ways the Sims 4 community works with this!
Yeah, it can be a double-edged sword, because with aging on the babies are born at the same time, and you just have to go into each family and give the baby the name you want, and maybe fix a few things for them. On the other hand you don't have to wait as long for a baby to be born. I tend to have 2-3 families expecting a baby around the same time, that way I have more Sims to choose from to heir and pairs. One ratio for a save file is 3:1. I have three girls to every one male born.
Also, with keeping aging off, you can keep an eye on the families too, I left aging on, and while one family was doing well, the other family was failing in their tasks, like going to school. With aging off, I can keep them on track better, and prevent stuff like that.
