Another thing to remember is that you can edit the names and appearance of household members directly from manage worlds. For example, I had been playing with one household, but when the daughter aged up to a young adult and moved out, I switched over to her household. When she went back to visit her family a while later, her baby brother had aged up to a teen aged fashion terrorist. So the next time I loaded up the save, I went directly to Strangerville in manage worlds and edited the brother using the edit household feature.
