How excatly you get the award?

The award ceremony starts at 6p.m. so perhaps because it was later that your sim arrived at the venue, the ceremony didn’t take place.
Does it affect if you have two lounges in the game with the "hottest spot in town" lot trait ? Like it can only happen in one lot with that trait so if you two lounge of that trait it'll happen in either of them? I placed another lounge with that trait in another world but I dont think that's the reason..
