House too expensive how give sim the money in the Manage World section after created his household but before moving in?

Money can’t be changed in CAS. Just drop the household into a starter, or even an empty lot, then open the cheat console, enable cheats and enter motherlode (several times if you want). To add specific funds type in “Money X” with the “x” being the amount you want them to have. Then, just have the household move from the lot they’re in to the new home.

this doesn't quite help when you've created a new household and can't even move onto a lot with 0 funds to begin with
