Sorry for the delay! I'm now focusing on the four talent agencies in my game, and today the new webpages for A.I. Staffing Talent Agency and Everyday Extras Talent Agency were released. As always, there's more info on my blog Simmerville's Sims .
In my game I use a slightly more specific routine than the game. The talent agencies have each their focus like whether they provide gigs for film, TV or commercials, and they require different levels of fame. This way most extras (and actors) will start out by signing with A.I. Staffing, then move on to those with better offers, depending on whether the Actor aims to work with film or TV. Because I discovered that my (imagined) TV stars had hardly no related skills, there is now a requirement that everyone participating to a TV-show, being news or entertainment, must be signed with a talent agency. When they get listed on the new pages, it gets easier for me to keep track on their skills and fame.
