How (if at all) do your sims celebrate the holidays in their calendar?

I usually have several sims in any given household, so I strip down the holiday events needed so I don't have a bunch of moody sims the day after. Love Day is just romantic interactions, The Big Game is eating and watching sports, Christmas is decor and opening presents, etc. For sims with families I will do Grand Meal + social events together on The Big Game or Christmas. The only new holidays I've done are "Christmas Eve" and then "Summer Vacation".
