Runs very well on both systems. Yes times 3 speed isn't always perfect, but given that it was for a while, my guess is that the issue is partially back and not so much due to the system as to the optimization of the game itself. But overall, with all packs installed, it's a very smooth experience. If you're looking at buying a new system, I can defintely recommend these specs for TS4 :)
Just on this note, been playing on the laptop now for a few day to test drive. And although the game runs extremely well on it, I
nearly forgot how ridiculously smooth a system running on an i7-7700k, 750 EVO & 16GB of RAM is lol. I love my desktop, I really do <3 <3
