From what we've explicitly seen in the trailer, it looks initially like a 'good' level for a SP - like Paranormal. Like Paranormal, it comes with an active career and a huge bunch of bb items that players have been hankering after for a while: new bunk beds, in-built ovens with separate stovetops, items to build more realistic walk-in wardrobes, whatever those segmented shelves are called but which I see youtube simmers using MOO to create in their builds all the time...
If some sort of preference system - colours, styles? - is slapped on top of that - and it probably will be (the added trait slot?) -, it's probably what tips the pack over into a GP in the eyes of the Sims team, because that's considered added gameplay. I... don't know how this kind of system might work in-game so I'm gonna reserve judgement for now on whether that alone makes the pack more than just a SP.
