Batuu was a sham. An advert. Many reviewers mentioned how good the world - or should I say, SHELL of a world - looked. How identical it was to the Star Wars district in Disney World. They didn't realise that was the point.
People who enjoy Star Wars generally don't play games like The Sims. If they want to be a part of the Star Wars universe, they play games like Battlefront.
Yet Sham Reviewers (NOT the usual Sims reviewers) had the audacity to claim it was an interesting story, a good game. At least Strangerville was a world you could build in and live in once you'd finished the story. At least Strangerville's items actually fit into the world outside Strangerville. You can't build in Batuu (unless you cheat). You know why? Because if you did so, that would make it different to the Star Wars district. And none of its stuff fits into normal builds; it's too... alien.
But there was a world nonetheless. There was aspirations. There were lightsabres, and the ability to have a lightsabre battle.
