How many beds can you have max. in a student housing?

Up to ten sims can reside in a university housing: 1-8 being your sims and the rest being roommates you can't control.

You can place as many beds as you want, but over 10 beds will have some beds unassigned.

Best of luck in your endeavors. I generally take up to six kids to Uni at a time. This is because, generally, I'm having to replay the same family/save. Oi! And this gives me the opportunity to make sure my Sims are good little students, attentive in class and mindful of their homework. I like to revamp the 'penthouse' dorm, as you described it, to meet their needs. A row of cabinets beside the mini-fridge with a microwave atop the fridge, of course. When one of my Sim kids was married, I made the front left dorm room theirs. Double bed.

I change out the wall treatment, add drapery sometimes, and give them a new carpet. I have also put a door on that rather drafty shower! Erik is a Global Superstar who graduated high school early, but he doesn't deserve to have other stare at his backside when showering. :open_mouth: I add a gaming table for relaxation. Basically, I make it 'home'.
