How Many Households?

I have 125 households under My Households, all of which I've played with at some time or another. Out of those households I actively play with 105 with the rest not being in the world or just favourited so that the game doesn't cull them.

I've had this save since I started playing the game back in 2015 and have become so obsessed with everything being in order. Meaning, I will not tolerate the game making Bella Goth a bartender for no reason. Everybody living on a lot has got a role and bit of history to them. ??

Wow!!! 127 will be fun AND interesting, for sure :) I play "only" 70, and I don't really want any more. It takes forever to age them just one single year. I know I will fill any empty lots if we get a new world so kind of hoping I won't like the theme of a new world offering pack :)

I'm at 13 or 14 right now and I'm moving towards 19 when all the current spares grow up and found new households.

In sims2 I once had four saves at once, with 17 households in each save, but that's my max.

I don't think I could handle 127. As it is it just took me one real life year to age some sims from toddler to teen.

88 right now and growing.

I normally fill all the lots on each of my save files. I play with most of the characters I've made and don't often play with any of the townies. I have a massive remake save of the entire game that I actually created backstories for all the families but it took ages to do, and now I never play that save file.

It takes quite a while. I started the game as one of those single mom and toddler challenges and it grew from there, that was two years ago. Rotating back around takes months sometimes, and it’s taken quite a long time since University made its debut. The original character now is elderly and I probably should of killed her off months ago; her grandchildren are now parents.

Well, I decided to do the 100 baby challenge and that has taken most my free time I use for sims. I also think I was just tired from building it all out. It took me months to complete. After mentioning it I decided to open the save and start playing. I think I will rotate a bit and play some of these storylines more. @elanorbreton

So... how many is the most households you've ever played in one save? And how long did you keep it up for?

I am going back and forth between saved games. Right now I am at 12 households in my game with Simeon and L's kids Pandora and Solomon and their kids, grandkids, great-grandkids and descendants. I plan on going up to at least 10 generations in the game that are in my household and I have removed all non-occult households in the game.
