- Lustianicia7 years agoSeasoned AceMy starter homes are always only one story, but I eventually move my family into a much larger two story house when they start earning more money and having kids.
- AfterMidnight137 years agoSeasoned NewcomerI usually play in houses with two stories, but I love the convenience of only having one floor for sims to roam around.
- elliebreton7 years agoLegendI have never even considered having more than 2 stories. Quite often I play with 1 too.
- I am a builder and go crazy with my builds I build a basement, subbasement, 3 stories and a place for rooftop entertainment or a nice rooftop garden. This allows me to have every conceivable thing for my sims. A wellness area, bedroom suites, observatory, at least one pool, a fitness area, a music area etc.
- pebblesrcks7 years agoRising VeteranSo many prefer 2 storey homes. That's good to know :D
- I play mostly with 2 stories, I like my bedrooms being upstairs.
- It depends on the Sims and not my convenience. When I first started playing The Sims, I preferred one story (much easier) but since a house is the Sim's personality some of them have to live in a two or three story building. (or more with basements and antics)
- Busufu7 years agoSeasoned AceIt depends the sice of the house :D. My current house is 3 storeys, but I prefer 2.

Before the glass roofs came in, I would have said two stories, but right now I'm really enjoying being able to have an indoor garden at the top of my home as a third floor.
that is a great idea!- I went with 4 stories because I play vampires a lot. 2 ground and up for family living and 2 basement levels, one for fitness and what ever skill requires larger equipment, and the lower basement for coffins.
If I'm not playing vampires I usually play with 2 stories because my houses tend to take up too much ground with only one floor.
