For me, unless it's posted on my personal page, I can't recall just how many times I've earned the No Excuse Award. I just earned it again. I sent a Sim to the bathroom, but failed to notice another Sim was equally in need. This is a very large house, three story mansion with more than enough bathrooms to go around. Even though I have a full boat, so to speak. Parents and six kids. Plus the Butler, who happens to have his own room with his own bathroom, not accessible to anyone else. Well, Paul must have held it for too long and that clap of thunder didn't help, I'm certain. But, given the fact there are eight bathrooms on this lot, (not counting the Butler's) I have to agree. There just is No Excuse. LOL So much for autonomy. LOL

I think it's the (hidden) one where you have to have bladder failure in a house with loads of toilets or something. Seeing as most Simmers probably don't have that many bathrooms, it'll be unknown to them. I only know about it because I once read it on Carl's. I normally play small households so I never have a need for that many toilets. And I'm an avid micromanager, so bladder failure is very rare in my game.

Yeah, Sims never seem to quite make it past the toddler potty training stage. It may have been a little cute at first but, it's getting a little old seeing adults having so many issues simply using the bathroom.

actually i dont think my sims have had any bladder failures

unless you count the times they are taken to lovely basement room and the door mysteriously disappears

oh or maybe toddlers using diaper few times

but yeah i play autonomy off so i tend to micromanage too much anyway

I've earned that badge once or twice, bladder failure is funny sometimes so I let it happen every now and then when I'm bored in my game LOL

My sims earn it occasionally, but that's on them. Trying to manage Sims in Sims 4 is like herding cats. Bella, why do you keep making food over and over and over again? The trick with making hunger going away is EATING THE FOOD, not cooking it.
