I discard that save and start other, also seem than is a problem with teen pregnancy (no the inteen mod, MC Command Center)

Just reading MC Command Center. It is solved at 26/01/2016 version 2.5.0

Fixed the family tree issue where teenagers were not showing-up as parents. Thanks, Azoresman, for the assistance on this!

I hope for this new save I started yesterday, work better. Remember mt previous post. Was a bug at MC Command Center 2.4.1 fixed at 2.5.0 (I will download it today when leave job)

If you really want to change the relationship, you'll have to get the sims' ID. Get the cheat bar up and type testingcheats on. Then sims.get_sim_id_by_name . This should bring up a long list of numbers. Save the number for both the sims.
Then you'll need to type in: relationship.add_bit



can be one of the following values:
romantic-Married
family_husband_wife
family_grandchild
family_son_daughter
family_brother_sister
family_grandparent
family_parent

It'll look something like this: relationship.add_bit 12345678910 01987654321 family_parent
(Depending on who you use as "yoursim" and "targetsim")

I can’t get the cheat to work for parent. Is there a certain place in the game you need to be?

Open your cheat window and type in testingcheats true, hit enter, then cas.fulleditmode. Shift-click on a Sim from the family and that will take them into CAS. From there you should be able to set their relationships.

Or, if you're not oppose to using mods MCCC has the capacity to alter relationships.
