- My house, I built myself on a 30x20 lot; last bill was about 2,000+ I remember, as my household only had about 5-6 thousand in funds... Not a rich household, two (young) adults & 1 teen near adulthood..
- My main Sims family lives at 888 Spire Apartments. They pay over 7K which has, 2 bathroom and 1 bedroom.
( made arrangements to the room custom because it originally had 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.) - yeesssh. I just came from sims 3 so I'm still getting used these high bills lol
- In my last household they were just under $3000.
- 5-6 thousand
- My current family has a 3 bed, 1 bathroom, pool+jacuzzi and it's around 10.550. Glad the 3 of the 4 adults are working.
- janyses8 years agoSeasoned AceI play a number of different families so it varies. The current family is in the White House and the bills are between $30-40,000 when no one has the frugal trait. (They've earned 9 million, so it's no big deal.) My trailer park family pays about a thousand dollars a week.
- Suziish8 years agoSeasoned AceMy bills usually max out around 5,000-8,000. Very rarely does any of my families bills go over 8k. I just don't like playing too large of houses, so I rarely see too large bills.
- Goth5838 years agoSeasoned Ace$7,000/$7200 roughly for two different households I pay. The other is a penthouse apartment and that's a fixed amount. Both houses are on 30x20 lots.
- In my first save game my bills are around 12 -14K. But they live in a huge 3 story house and has several million dollars.
My new game is a small family with a super tiny house, they don't even have 10K. But, I'm not using any cheats and trying to make them rich on their own merit. Their last bills were only a little over 500 simolians.
I think the bills are based on the value of your lot and how much money your family has. I've noticed as my new family earns more money and as I expand their home to fit the new baby they had, their bills have gone up. They used to be like 350 a week.
