It depends on if I'm playing a challenge....like 100 baby for example...there's no storytelling, just have tons of kids, or a legacy challenge, no backstory. But sometimes I do like to come up with a backstory for my non-challenge saves. I did that with my Sim I created for Jungle Adventure. & I've done some backstories in my supernatural save. But I don't like to plan too much.....more fun to see what the game throws my way as I prefer game driven plots.
