I'm just thinking in about 20 years or so time that Sims' games or similar will be in all retirement homes for the inhabitants with dementia to recreate their happy years, maybe in in a Holodeck form by then! You'd all be in your element and possibly complaining about missing features still!
It's being done in a physical way at the present and in an experiment, many old people with failing memories managed to find living in '70s surroundings much easier for helping them remember.
Now, this is something that women carers might be better at than men?
I won't be there then but if I get put in a home in rapidly approaching years, and if I survive Covid, ? I'm taking my laptop and Sims 4 with me and training my fellow OAPs. ?
