It’s srsly like the reverse of TS3 Error Code 12, so instead of not being able to save, here you can’t even load.
I started getting this error today. Luckily, I had just started a new save and was mostly messing around with trying to have control over NPC jobs. I wasn't very successful with that so I think it's time to take a break from the sims for a while. Or maybe go back to Sims 3.
