For my own part, I do have a few different styles for different saves, but my overall play style is semi-realistic. I like making my own rules too much to play anything besides a fictional sort of reality for very long. For example, I use MCCC to let same-sex couples become pregnant and bear their own children because I prefer at least minimal control over genetics, and adoption is obviously not ideal for that. I like a mix of sci-fi and fantasy elements in my version of reality, but I don't have many occults in my game. Of those that do exist, I only ever play spellcasters (just a personal preference for them).
