- If I voted right now without playing it would be completely satisfied. Spa Day is one of my most used GPs. Not only for the wellness skill but I visit spas quite a bit. The tending, trait, and aspirations are things I wanted and felt were missing from the pack. The trait seems fun, I was expecting a completely different type of trait, this is one I’ll get a lot of use from.
The nails is completely is beyond what I thought we would get. Really makes me looks forward to future refreshes. They set the bar high.
But if this updated breaks spas, then it’s worthless. Currently it’s a pack that works exactly as it’s meant to. My vote is dependent on if it’s stays that way. "belpita;c-17971614" wrote:
It was always one of my favourite packs, even though I know not a lot of others agree. :D So I'm happy it's getting a refresh. It looked very promising to me, except the nails...ew, can't stand long nails. But I'm sure others will love them.
There are short and middle length options too. Since they featured the super long ones so heavily I was afraid they were it too, but there’s actually something like 4-6 options if I remember and a lot of different color selections everything from neutrals to multi colors, plus kids and toddlers can get their nails done too.- In general I'm quite happy that they decided to revisit old packs and give them a refresh. It is too early to say how I feel about the Spa Day refresh since it is not out yet. Personally I would have preferred if the focus had been more on active or freelance wellness careers that allow for more than teaching yoga in the park. I am not super excited about the nails and fear they will make random townies look worse but I'm glad they added them since so many people have been asking for this.

If I remember correctly, you can also freelance as a masseuse or a nail tech.- It's hard to say without experiencing it for myself. It looks very impressive though, I am quite happy with what I have seen is coming.
- Rarely do I say this with Sims 4 but the refresh is perfect Spa Day now feels complete it could easily be a pack in older Sims games as it actually feels finished now. Hopefully they continue this with some amazing themes of the past that fell flat like Outdoor Retreat, Get to Work, Dine Out and Island Living.
- I didn't have any expectations for the Spa Day refresh and they definitely impressed me with how much they added, so I can already say that I'm satisfied.
I never wished for nails or face masks, but some of my sims will use them and face masks looked fun in the stream. Including kids more is something I wished for, so I'm happy about that. The cucumber snack and drink looked fun. A new trait is cool, though I still don't know how it works, but it looked promising, and the new aspirations are definitely welcome. The items were also good. Yeah, I'm satisfied and I doubt anything can change that. - It's much more better than I was expected. They could add also that "saunas" and oxygen bar form TS1 Superstar, but I'm still very happy. One of the best Game Packs is becoming definitely the best today:

I am super satisfied. They did MORE than I could have expected if they ever could "upgrade" a pack. I wish they'd call them upgrades. Refresh was cute for this pack slogan, but this is an upgrade!
The things I wished I could do in this pack I now can, but with even more freedom than I thought. I think more gameplay objects that do not rely on a lot or lot type are best suited for our game so we can maximize multi-use lots as the game grows and content does too. There are lots that get very little use because they're limited but you could design it to be multi-functional if the stuff worked. This helps us do that in 3 different areas and this is awesome!
