How should BUY objects be sortet?

I expect to find the objects in the buy catalog sorted by price, as the more expensive items are often found far down the list. But today I noticed that §15 items are listed higher than §2 items. One CC costing §0 is listed on row 5 or 6.

Has it always been like this, or is it a temp bug? Anyone knows how the catalog is supposed to sort?
