How to Access the Gallery

Hi, I'm having an awful time trying to access the Gallery. I did this before, but it seems to be broken or something now. I can only access my library and nothing else. :( Here is a pic of my options:

When I tried looking for a specific person, nothing came up and it got stuck in that mode and I had to quit the game to clear it.
