How to change star rating?
I am setting up a template save and it doesn't make sense that these restaurants are only one star for the story I've made for the owners. One example is a sim who got rich over his experimental food ...

Yeah, I've seen them, and I will add some of them in probably. Same with vet clinics, because one of them is supposed to be top of the line. I'm not overly concerned with unowned restaurants because you don't really see those star ratings anyway.
