How to earn Starlight Accolade?
I can't seem to get the Accolade from the Starlight Accolade ceremony. My sims go there every Sunday nothing the same sims keep getting the rewards over and over again and gain.

It must be random. Sparse too. I've had sims go their entire career without getting a single one, no matter how well I play. Even sims who have never gotten less than gold on an acting gig have never gotten one.
