I'm finding that a lot of the new builds I do have a dedicated laundry room. Seeing this topic come up the other day, and messing around in BB this morning it struck me that I have been doing this on almost every one of my last 10 or so builds. I just sort of moved from a laundry nook to a small room without even realizing how often I was doing it. The first two rooms I did intentionally and it just took off from there.
