Possible? Yes.
But was it practical?..... not so much. And as you can see, I spent 14 sim hours serving 3 patients.
Here's what my beautiful 5 star clinic looked like (the suit of armors were for environment score lol)
I started the clinic with a sim who was already maxed in the vet skill. I lowered the prices to 75%, did not use any advertising, and did not purchase any perks (so I didn't raise the treatment quality, either). 51 out of 52 of the reviews were 5 stars. I hired one guy, but I didn't allow him to treat patients and he literally did nothing except dance the entire time.
I had a very specific, laborious process that I used to make sure each review was 5 stars. It was a huge waste of time but unfortunately curiosity got the better of me tonight
