How to get a 5 Star Vet Clinic? (ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT)

It seems impossible to reach a 5 star vet clinic. I have worked forever and I now have a 4 star clinic. I do not know how to get to a 5 star one, I don't think I can improve anymore. My clinic is the ...

Same with me! I am trying to have the business be a thing that gets passed on by my sims family and that is kinda hard to do when the grandparents had the same star level as the granddaughter!
