How to get a 5 Star Vet Clinic? (ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT)

It seems impossible to reach a 5 star vet clinic. I have worked forever and I now have a 4 star clinic. I do not know how to get to a 5 star one, I don't think I can improve anymore. My clinic is the ...

High vet skill also plays a role, even if you keep the pets calm and get the diagnosis right. I get 5 stars review in my clinic if I'm playing my max skilled vet, but only 4 with the low skilled one. Employees also get 5 stars once they've maxed their skills.
