How To Get Alien Party?
So apparently scientist career may give you a goal to go to the alien world and a party is there or something I heard? How does it work? What level in the career must I be? Is it all random?

OK I finally got it. Just random stuff put on the platform things and a bar. One alien there as the bartender. Had to talk to them and random aliens walking by. No one else bothered. Boring. Pointless. Wasted opportunity.
