Isn't it stuttering after the last patch? Apparently Rockstar messed something with the patch:

Dunno, still didn't buy that game. Not paying 60 bucks for 3 years old game. :D
I'm patiently waiting for at least -50% discount.
And yes, you can always upgrade desktop PC.
