How to make a specific auditorium type active?

I just thought of a solution - it is not ideal, but it works.

I have to place the four lots of the auditorium on any other 40x30 lot, just not on the original auditorium lot.
There I can playtest the different types of the auditorium, and when everything works I save them in the gallery and set them back again to the original auditorium lot. A little bit of extra work just for playtesting...
