How to make money fast!

I find painting and hacking are good ways for your sims to make money fast!

If you have Seasons save up for the Money Tree reward....it yields 8,000 simoleons from the get go and that amount increases as you improve the quality of the plant.

Choosing the Fabulously Wealthy aspiration pays off very well once you achieve it too, as your sim will get an investment payment every week. Right now my sim couple (who doesn't work) is receiving 46,000 simoleons daily from four money trees, and each of them receives around 120,000 simoleons weekly for their investment payments. It did take SOME time to get here, but not as much as it would to try to go up the ranks of a career. Needless to say their wealth is growing exponentially at this point.

Have both of your adult sims choose the fortune aspiration. When they complete that aspiration, they receive a tidy sum of interest each week. The interest gets larger, the more money you have. Right now, between gardening, painting, and investing my sims have over $700,000. They are about 45 sim days old. (I use the long life span).

I've tried just about every way to make fast money and gardening is by far the quickest and most effective! You want to find and harvest the Orchid, Dragon fruit and Forbidden fruit tree. Now, unless you're an experienced gardener the last 2 are tricky but find the Orchid and it won't matter. Plant as many as you want of these babies and you're literally laughing as you sell each plant daily for 5000 and 6000! No need to be experienced for the Orchid, just find it and the rest is easy!!
