Yes, but it requires Get Together and the club system.
Create a Vampire club and set one of the club activities to drinking plasma. Set their meeting place to night clubs. Then play a mortal Sim household and go to the club at night. Enjoy the carnage. ?
This is what I did and I forgot I had made the Vampire club and went to play my Spellcaster. He went to a night club to look for a date and a bunch of Vampires showed up and started eating the dancers. I moved my Sim out of the main room to get away but a Vampire used his bat form to chase him and fed on my Spellcaster while I was helpless to watch.
It was glorious. ❤️
